At Enchanted Jerseys, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering custom Disney baseball jerseys with exceptional print and embroidery craftsmanship. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise—and we’re here to make them right.

OUR GUARANTEE — HASSLE-FREE RESOLUTION
If your order arrives with any problem—incorrect customization, printing / embroidery errors, or product mismatches—contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will promptly:
  • Reproduce the affected items at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full or partial refund, according to your preference.
If we cannot reproduce your items correctly, we will provide a full refund for those pieces. Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item(s). If you paid shipping on the original order and a return or exchange is required, that postage will also be refunded (excluding items that were shipped and received correctly).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because every jersey is made to order, a customization fee is included in your purchase.
  • Free cancellation within 24 hours: email us your order number and cancellation reason, and we’ll halt production and issue a full refund.
  • After 24 hours: your order may already be in production. A $20 restocking fee per item will apply to cover materials and labor already used.
REFUND TIMING & PROCESSING
Refunds are credited to your original payment method, except for:
  • Shipping fees.
  • Personalization and production costs (unless the error is ours)
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear; some banks may take an additional billing cycle.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
  • All sales are final 30 days after delivery.
  • Our jerseys are independent custom products and are not affiliated with any official league, team, or brand.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for blank or altered items intended for resale or modified after delivery.
